The impermanence of things is obvious and at the same time something that we do not want to accept. The only thing that prevents us from getting rid of holding on, is – our fear. Passion somehow excludes fear. If you want to live passionately, you should meet your own fear at first. This can also be done in small steps – the little fear first. Others start right away with the great fear. What is worrying you right now? In order to meet your fear, you need strength. So first of all, think about what can give you strength. Be kind and gentle to yourself! Find the resources that support you. Good resources are everything that is benevolent for you, that accepts you, who you are at this very moment. A warm bath is good for you and does not judge you. People are not good or bad. People who don’t judge you are mostly a useful resource. Friends do confront – they don’t judge. Be accountable to, rather than responsible for. You are not responsible for what others think and do. You are responsible to yourself. You are responsible for feeling good about yourself and being passionate about your life. Don’t waste your time feeling guilty and afraid. Sometimes breathing is enough to be comfortable. Breathing and being is a great way to live a passionate, fulfilling life.
