Despair, injury, tornness, hopelessness, fears of the future, without-perspective, fear, pain, uncertainty, trauma, longing for love and hope. These are feelings that have flowed into this work.
To my own astonishment, a picture of a ‘warrior’ was created. I have observed young people in the middle of our society what moves and concerns them. On the surface, we see sheltered children growing up in an affluent society. If you look behind the scenes, a frightening picture of despair arises, which you can’t believe. The soul of our well-guarded children is more reminiscent of a warrior on the front and by no means a happy child. It is a snapshot that is intended to move the viewer to a critical reflection.
