What kind of specie are we? We all wear similar suits, but what’s in there? Is the space suit or the consciousness the human? There are people who kill other people. There are people who lie. There are people who are sneaky and mean. There are greedy and devious people. There are bad people. And there are other people who are loving, open-hearted, and benevolent. How can the two types be the same? Isn’t it rather awareness that makes the difference? So if there are different consciousness beings in the space suit, the body is not the human being. And if the body is the human, who is in there? It is somehow fundamentally wrong to refer to such different beings as humans. Anyone can potentially become bad or good. Oddly enough, sneaky people extremely rarely turn into honest people, and compassionate people rarely turn into psychopaths. A potential is a possible probability. However, a probability is far from a reality. Nevertheless, social systems are structured in such a way that they assume that an emphatic person can potentially become a psychopath. And the psychopath could potentially transform into an emphatic person. We know at the same time that it will never happen. In doing so, we appeal to an imaginary justice. I don’t want to deny anyone the potential for change. Everyone can become what and how they want – potentially. But life is not potential. We should train our senses much more to perceive what is.
